2-Line Capacity

Call Screening

Call screening allows you to be more productive by choosing which calls you want to answer. When you answer a FreedomNumber® forwarded call, you'll have the option to accept or reject the call before being connected. Callers remain on hold, with music, while you decide what to do with the call.

Call Announce

Call announce allows you to label extensions so when you pick up a call, you'll know which extension the call is coming from. Easily answer multiple extensions from a single phone while still being able to tell which extension the caller dialed.

For example, if you create an extension for "Sales" and another for "Support", you'll know which option the caller dialed before you answer the call.

Call Whisper

Call whisper prompts your callers to say their name before we connect the call.

For example: "To tell your party who's calling, please say your name after the tone and press any key when finished."

Then when you pick up the phone, you will hear a recording that says: "You have a call from John Smith, dial any key to accept this call."

You can then choose to take the call or send the caller to voicemail where they can leave you a message.

Call Transfer

Transfer callers between extensions or even to other phone numbers seamlessly.

For example, a call forwarded to your mobile phone can be put on-hold with hold music and transferred to a totally separate phone number. Callers will never know you're not in the office.

Email Delivery

Large Storage Capacity

All voicemails and faxes are stored for a maximum of 90 days, irrespective of the number of messages.

You can save messages online or download messages to your computer and archive them for as long as you like. Additionally with email delivery, you can forward all your messages as an attachment and store them in your mail box.

Question & Answer Voicemail

Question and Answer Voicemail allows you to create a series of questions for your callers to answer. The answers are compiled together and sent to voicemail. Great for 24/7 order taking or pre qualifying customers.

Example: "Say your name and press any key when finished". Caller says name and presses a key. Next question will be played, "Please say your email address and press any key when finished", etc.

Inbound Faxing

Your virtual phone number doubles as a fax line, allowing you to receive faxes using your virtual phone number. Your virtual number will automatically detect an incoming fax tone and convert the line to accept the incoming fax.

You can choose to have the fax delivered via email as a PDF or forwarded to a physical fax machine. And to make it fully HIPAA compliant, faxes can also be stored online via our secure online control panel.

Outbound Faxing

Send faxes from any computer through your Internet control panel. Faxes can be uploaded in a variety of file formats where you'll also have the option to add a cover page. Each fax can be sent to up to five numbers at any one time. The caller ID on sent faxes will be your virtual phone number.

Availability Scheduling

Choose when calls are forwarded to you. No need to log in and out of your system throughout the day. Simply configure the system to route your calls based on the time of day and day of the week for each number in your forwarding list.

Schedule in lunch hours and do not disturb time when you're not available. If unavailable, your calls can be directed to voicemail so you can follow up at a later time.

Voice Blaster

Any voicemail on your FreedomNumber® system can be broadcasted to people you know or to business associates by telephone. In our web control panel you can select any message and choose to broadcast that message to any phone numbers (limit 5) you wish. An automated call from your service will be placed to each phone number listed and will play your message. This feature may not be used to harass recipients with unsolicited messages.

Click-to-Call

Our click-to-call feature allows you to insert some simple HTML code into your web page to give your visitors a convenient way to connect with you. All your visitors have to do is enter their phone number and your FreedomNumber® system will automatically call them.

Admin Access by Telephone
